B.Sc. Nursing

Duration:
The duration of B.Sc Nursing program is 4 year.

Medium of instruction:
English is the medium of instruction of course for all subjects of study and examination.

New Session:
Course will commence from first week of July every year.

Admission Criteria Eligibility
10+2 with 45% integrated marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English (PCBE) 5% relaxation for SC/ST. Age – 17 by Decemeber 2016.

Educational
Higher secondary school certificate (10 + 2) 12th standard from recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) with minimum of 45% aggregate marks in PCB . English must be a compulsory subject. SC/ST candidates will be given 5 % of relaxation in aggregate marks in PCB.

Age/Physical Standard
The age of the candidate should be 17 years or should complete 17 years before 31st December of the admission year. Candidate should be physically and mentally healthy.

Documents Required With Application Form
Application form should include attested xerox copies of:
*Marks list of 12th standard.
*Mark list of 10th standard.
*School leaving certificate(TC)
*Conduct certificate from previous institution (character certificate)
*Domicile certificate.
*Migration certificate in original for candidates belong to out of Madhya Pradesh.
*Gap certificate (on Rs 20/- stamp paper three copies original).
*Cast certificate from eligible authority if belong to ST/ SC/OBC. All certificates should be signed by competent authority.
*Income certificate (if applicable)
*PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Samagra ID.
*Parents Adhaar Card.
*Six recent passport size photographs (one to be affixed on the application form and one on the admission ticket)
*Two stamp size photographs.
*One self-addressed envelope with stamp Rs 20/- of size 21 X 12 cms.
*Affidavit I & II separately on stamp paper of Rs.25/- as per format.
*Soft copies of all documents including photos.

Note
1. Student is required to submit all original documents at the time of admission which will be given back after University verification.
2. Student and parents will be responsible and liable for admission cancellation if they produce false documents.

Selection criteria:
The candidate will be selected on the basis of merit of marks obtained in 12th
standard and entrance exam. Admission will be provisional till University provides eligibility.

Vacation:
Student will get 15 days winter and 30 days summer vacation. No other leave
is permissible.

Eligibility for university examination:
*Candidate should have 90% in theory and 100% attendance in hospital
practices.
*Candidate should submit all assignments.
*Candidate should appear and clear all unit tests and pre-university examination.
*Candidates should submit course fees.
